Uko bitegurwa : Gutogosa umuceli bisanzwe mu mazi, ariko ukirinda ko ushya cyane. Biba byiza ukoresheje basmati rice (ni umuceli uhingwa mu buhinde, ariko uboneka no ku isoko mu Rwanda).

Nyuma yo gutogosa umuceli, ufata inyama ya filet ukayihonda cyane kugirango yorohe. Iyo imaze kuvamo uduce duto uzishyira mu mavuta zamara guhindura ibara, byerekana ko zihiye, ukazikuraho.

Gushyira andi mavuta make mu isafuriya, ugashyiramo amagi mabisi adakubise ukavanga, ugashyiramo imiteja ikasemo uduce duto cyane na karoti nazo zikasemo uduce duto cyane, ukabireka bigashya neza.

Gusukamo wa muceli watogosheje, ukavanga na za mboga, ugasukamo na za nyama, ukongeramo akunyu gake cyane ka sodium (umunyu wongera uburyohe mu biryo, ugashyiramo n’akunyu gasanzwe gake, ugasukamo ka soya sauce gake (ikirungo gituma bihindura ibara) hanyuma ukavanga akanya gato.
